I work with clients to foster shifts in lifestyle, habits, and mindset, and empower them to make positive, lasting health and wellness changes that are realistic, attainable, and enjoyable.


Meet Jill Norris

Jill is a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor with a BS in Biology from Grand Valley State University. She is passionate about helping people live their best lives! Jill has worked within the sustainable food system of West Michigan for decades, and brings her love of food, farms, nature, people, and healing into her health and wellness coaching practice.

I offer approachable health and wellness coaching services centered around personalized plans to help clients accomplish a wide range of goals, from learning more about nutrition, meal prepping, cooking, and utilizing their local sustainable food system, to improving fitness, strength training, weight loss, stress management, eliminating fatigue, and improving mindset.
